無國界投訴．Make Music Trade Fair!!!
其實我想講是一件網上郵購的事, 有關www.hmv.co.uk的郵購服務.
一向我是有在他們的服務下得到合理價錢及郵費的服務, 不過在最近改革下, 他們有以下轉變.
o Per item postage charge for Overseas Mail, UK and Overseas courier
o All items displayed on the HMV web site are exclusive of VAT
o Each item on your order will be charged and shipped separately, which means you will be getting our items delivered to you quickly!
首先, 郵費改了使用airmail oversea mail, 其實同以往一樣, 不過就在選項上列明是最低收費為30英磅!! 就是一張CD都是同等價錢!
過往買CD, 是可以加減VAT的, 現在不可以了, 他們的理由就是 :
For purchases by UK businesses, no evidence of payment of UK import VAT can be provided. Customers ordering for delivery outside of the UK will be responsible for payment of any local taxes payable including VAT, and will be required to pay extra for delivery and clearance where necessary.
哈哈, 英國HMV是TONY BLAIR政府的走狗了!!
最後一點, 就更加新奇, 就是每一件貨品可以以單一次郵寄給客人, 即是假設你訂了10件貨物, 如有7件無貨的話, 頭3件就寄給你先, 之後逐次有貨再寄, 如是者, 我想每次都收取你30英磅, 都是可觀的收入.
我開始明白, 點解有MAKE TRADE FAIR. 不過我力量不夠, 不能召集海外人任遊行示威, 我只好不再光顧是了.
